Application and Registration:
French Mélodie Immersion • June 9-23
Applications will be accepted until programs maximums are filled, with a closing date of March 31st, 2013. We strongly advise early application. Please complete the form below and submit for processing along with the required support materials noted on the French Mélodie Immersion Program Page.
NOTE: You must register first. Once your application has been submitted, you will need to return to this page to pay your Application fee payment via paypal. Application registration and payment transactions are handled separately.
The Registrar will review your Application and supporting material and will contact you about acceptance and payment of tuition. Please do not pay the tuition until invited to do so by the Registrar.
Individual Applicant: If you are applying without a partner the tuition fee is $800.
Duo Application: If you are applying with a partner (as a duo) the tuition fee for each is $640.
For registrants who wish to pay their fees by mail, a cheque or money order in Canadian funds can be sent to:

A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required upon acceptance in the program. ($200 for Individual Applicants, $160 for Duo Applicants)
Accommodations are available on UBC campus (not included in fees). In the event of a cancellation, a refund on tuition fees will be granted for withdrawals up to 2 weeks prior to the Institute. (The 25% deposit and the application fee will not be refunded). Should the need to cancel arise less than 2 weeks prior to the event, a 50% refund will be granted (the 25% deposit will not be refunded and a 25% penalty fee will be charged). Since demand is high, we ask that students requesting scholarships and other payment adjustments should click here to contact us with a statement indicating their financial circumstances. Financial aid requests must be submitted with your application before February 28th, 2013. For students with alternate payment options please go to the INCREMENTAL PAYMENT page.
