The Registrar will review your Application and supporting material and will contact you about acceptance and payment of tuition. Please do not pay the tuition until invited to do so by the Registrar.

Individual Applicant:  If you are applying without a partner the tuition fee is $750.

Duo Application:  If you are applying with a partner (as a duo) the tuition fee for each is $600.

A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required upon acceptance in the program. ($187.50 for Individual Applicants, $150 for Duo Applicants)

Accommodations are available on UBC campus (not included in fees). In the event of a cancellation, a refund on tuition fees will be granted for withdrawals up to 2 weeks prior to the Institute. (The 25% deposit and the application fee will not be refunded). Should the need to cancel arise less than 2 weeks prior to the event, a 50% refund will be granted (the 25% deposit will not be refunded and a 25% penalty fee will be charged). Since demand is high, we ask that students requesting scholarships and other payment adjustments should click here to contact us with a statement indicating their financial circumstances.
