For Writers:

Writers should fill in the registration form and pay the reading fee before sending the application materials. Applications will only be considered when both of these steps have been completed.

Accepted participants will be notified directly by the Art Song Lab coordinators once the application materials have been reviewed. Please pay your tuition fee upon acceptance in the program. Deadline is March 1st, 2012.

Tuition Fee $250 (CAD)

Accommodations are available on UBC campus (not included in fees).

In the event of a cancellation, a 75% refund will be granted on the tuition fee for cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to the Institute.
