Song in English: Program Streams

In 2007, VISI will explore the rich and diverse repertoire of song in the English language. A distinguished core faculty of artists and scholars will join Graham Johnson (England), Stephen Varcoe (England), Margo Garrett (USA), and Tracy Dahl (Canada) for classes, lectures, workshops, lessons, and performances focusing on the collaborations between performers, poets, and composers, and listeners.

The four program streams will each have specific daily schedules for their participants, with several opportunities for overlap and shared experiences. A general outline for each program is given below. Please join our notification list to be updated when more information is available.
