VISICHOR 2012: Des bonbons français Come sing the evocative and splendid choral works of Fauré, Chaminade, Debussy, Hahn, Holmès, Boulanger, Ravel, Gounod, Franck, Saint-Saëns, and Massenet. VISICHOR offers a taste-testing menu of delights from the romantic French repertoire. This week-long workshop will include study of the poetry, culture, music and arts world of fin-de-siècle France. |
Participants should have moderate vocal experience as well as a functional knowledge of music notation. Attendance at all classes is encouraged, though not required.
